About Me
Hello! I am Shubhadip Nag, currently working as a Data Scientist 3 at Walmart Global Tech, Bangalore, focusing on large-scale machine learning and data science solutions for Price Optimization. I completed my MS (Research) from IIT Kharagpur under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sourangshu Bhattacharya, CNeRG Lab, Department of Computer Science and Engineering. My research focuses on LLM unlearning, data subset selection, trustworthy AI, and explainable AI.
Beyond research, I enjoy exploring the applications of AI in education and social media analysis, and finding ways to make AI more inclusive and reliable for diverse communities.
I love to play Cricket. I also love Travelling.

- Concept Unlearning from LLMs: Developing prompt-based strategies to fine-tune LLMs (LLaMA2, LLaMA3, Mistral) using LoRA for concept unlearning. Accepted at Reliable ML from Unreliable Data Workshop @ NeurIPS 2025.
- Data-Centric Trustworthy AI: Proposing VTruST, a controllable framework for training data subset selection balancing fairness, robustness, and accuracy. Accepted at DMLR Workshop @ ICLR 2024.
- Knowledge-Based User Profiling: Sentiment analysis model for multilingual texts covering 10 languages. Published at IEEE IITCEE 2023.
